There was A cannabis farm trashed following a TV helicopter after the Vuelta a Espana seized its place.
When they were alerted to point eight footage which revealed two rooftop plantations, police in Catalonia seized 40 plants in Igualada, near Barcelona.
A spokesperson added that no arrests had been made and that there was an investigation.
The 166.9km stage on Saturday, beginning in Valls, was won by German Team Sunweb riders Nikias Arndt.
Slovenian Primoz Roglic now directs the race.
