Scarlets held off a lively late fightback from Glasgow Warriors to win 25-21 at Scotstoun.
Tries from Stafford McDowall and Brandon Thomson set up a grandstand finish, Together with the hosts monitoring 25-9 with 25 minutes to go.
As Warriors pushed forward after Josh McLeod was sin-binned scarlets, who finished the game with 14 men, needed to defend desperately.
But the Welsh side held on for a memorable success.
That gave Scarlets another win of this season to grow the 18-10 victory over Connacht last weekend.
However, for Warriors, with no 16 gamers on World Cup duty in Japan, their insecurities persist following a loss away into the Cheetahs.
Both sides were level at the break inside a nervy and error-strewn 40 seconds; Thomson for the home side following two penalties each while the people Dan Jones was successful in two of three attempts.
Wing Tom James, producing his aggressive Scarlets introduction following his summer move from Cardiff Blues, ought to have restricted it but lost the ball.
Thomsons punishment gave Warriors the lead but Scarlets stepped up a gear and three attempts place them firmly.
Together with Steff Evans and Paul Asquith adding others, kieran Hardy hurried through to put daylight between the two sides.
It seemed like the points were safe for the people, but Warriors needed a second wind.
Thomson outpaced the defence wide on the left prior to converting his own try.
That brought the deficit also Angus OBrien rattled the post with a penalty to pass up the opportunity to expand Scarlets lead.
Subsequently Huw Jones fed McDowall to cross the line, however, the conversion went wide.
Having a deficit though, Warriors pinned the visitors back, and their hopes had been increased McLeod was yellow carded for collapsing a maul.
Nevertheless, they ran out of time as Scarlets maintained on.
